- What is the difference between the latest FXMQ_TB units versus the previous FXMQ_TA models?
The new FXMQ_TBVJU has a height of only 9-11/16", which is a height reduction of 22%. The new models have compliance with the new UL 60335-2-40 regulatory code. New features include: automatic fan speed capabilities for reduced energy usage, automatic airflow adjustment for shortened balancing time, improved auxiliary heat control, and built-in flow switches. Integral condensate pumps now have a 25-5/16" vertical lift from the previous units with a vertical lift of 18-3/8". Maintenance inspection and service has been simplified with an integrated drain pan inspection port. New models have seamless connectivity to all currently available outdoor unit models, controls and branch selector boxes.
